Chloe should say things that Cleo finds harder to say. The puppet is made out of semi-transparent, flowing white fabric making a ghost-like shape and has a cute, cartoony face. In between these layers the inside is shown. This inside contains different kinds of stuffings; fabric shaped like vomit, shapes resembling fishnet wrapped legs, knitted pieces and multiple unhinged fringes. In making this into a hand-puppet I try to give some of my doubts and fears about my identity a personality. As of now they are frozen static on mannequin arms coming from the wall, but there is room to evolve and to become animated on human arms.

I had the opportunity to show this hand-puppet installation in this cool environment during pigeonfest, a great initiative from Groningen with important values.
